If you're planning a pregancy, are currently pregnant, or are breastfeeding, you might have special concerns regarding your mental health. What treatments are common? What's considered safe? This is a good place to talk about your options, so you don't have to suffer through it all. Feel free to share your birth stories here too. *PLEASE NOTE: If you feel your birth story might be a trigger for other members, please share it privately with the administrator or a moderator instead.

Like postpartum depression, post-adoption depression can be difficult for women to acknowledge even to themselves, and even more difficult to admit to friends and family members, but the truth is that many adoptive parents suffer from the same post placement blues, and feel very confused when they cannot explain their feelings.
