I just hit the 19 week mark. I was feeling pretty good from about 13 weeks to 17 weeks. I've been on Zoloft 25 mg which has helped, but I've noticed the depression and anxiety are really getting bad now.
One minute I feel fine and the next I just want to bawl and then the anxiety kicks in with my heart racing and feeling like I'm not able to breath.

A wonderful book..the autor (a psychiatrist) describes all suplemments, hormons and nutrients that can help and be necessary to treat and heal depression, mood swings, panik disorder etc. etc.
